I always recommend that you meet ‘face to face’ with your new potential VA so that you can get a feel for that person, how you communicate and if they have the skills you are looking to add to your business. If all of these things come together then away you go! If however, your gut instinct is telling you that that person is not the right fit for you and your business, don’t ignore it. Keep looking. The right person is out there for you.
